What You'll Do:
Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory) Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset Provide customer service for internal and external customers Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience Agricultural based degree desired Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Ready to make an impact with us?
