Duties Lead and supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service Manage employee orientation, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team Oversee recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring decisions to attract top talent Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and purchasing to maintain operational accuracy Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and inventory control measures Supervise cash handling, cashiering activities, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure transaction accuracy Coordinate shift management, customer service initiatives, and sales management to maximize revenue Foster strong communication skills within the team and with customers to enhance overall satisfaction Monitor retail math metrics such as sales figures, inventory turnover, and budgeting to meet business targets Requirements Proven management experience in hotel or similar environments with supervising responsibilities Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management Knowledge of POS systems, purchasing procedures, merchandising techniques, and retail math principles Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management and training & development Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across various operational functions Experience in hotels or similar settings is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with wireless sales or marketing strategies can be beneficial Strong time management skills paired with organizational acumen for overseeing store operations seamlessly Join us as an Operations Manager if you're passionate about leading teams with energy and clarity!
