For more information, visit www.alliedindustrialpartners.com Operations Support Administrator CES Power Operations Support Administrator provides support to company through scheduling and analysis of company resources. As an Operations Support Administrator, the individual will work sales and operations to communicate and coordinate manpower and equipment to individual event specifications. Primary Job Role Coordinate driver travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation needs. Reconcile driver receipts following trips, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission. Perform data entry and maintain accurate information across various rental, service, fleet, and company systems. Assist with rental and service administrative tasks, including preparing paperwork, tracking equipment, and updating records. Maintain and organize equipment documentation to ensure required paperwork is current and properly placed in trucks and trailers. Compile, organize, and distribute documents and PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro, including combining, editing, and preparing files as needed. Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other company systems; strong Excel skills required. Assist with local administrative errands as needed, such as DMV visits, delivering or picking up documents, and other business-related tasks. Manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously, often working under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide general administrative support to rental, service, fleet, and operations as needed, with responsibilities varying based on current business needs; occasional availability outside normal business hours may be required.Working Environment Updating of Knowledge :
