Operations Manager Southern Magnolia House Lafayette, LA Job Details Full-time $13 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer satisfaction tracking Average order value (success metric) Manager experience ROI Sales conversion rate (success metric) Full Job Description Adult Day Care Manager (Program Director) Core purpose: Oversee all operations of the adult day program—staffing, compliance, budgets, and quality of care. Responsibilities Program leadership — Set strategic direction; develop, implement, and evaluate daily services and activities. Staff management — Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise direct-care staff and volunteers; conduct performance reviews. Client coordination — Assess participants for appropriate services; coordinate care plans with families, healthcare providers, and social service agencies. Regulatory compliance — Ensure the program meets state/federal licensing standards; prepare for inspections; maintain required documentation. Budget & resources — Manage the program budget, billing, reimbursements, and efficient use of materials and space. Quality assurance — Collect data, analyze outcomes, and implement continuous-improvement initiatives. Community relations — Liaise with referral sources, community partners, and external agencies. 2-5 years of experience in adult day services, senior care, or a similar setting Supervisory and program-administration experience Knowledge of relevant regulations (state licensing, Medicaid waivers, etc.) First Aid/CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
