Job Description

We are a growing Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) organization dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services throughout Louisiana. Our programs include Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services designed to support individuals in achieving recovery, stability, and independence. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support program growth, and lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering exceptional client care. Position Summary The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organization's PSR and CPST programs. This position oversees program performance, staff management, quality assurance, compliance, and organizational efficiency while ensuring services meet all state and federal requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for PSR and CPST programs across the organization. Ensure compliance with Louisiana Department of Health regulations, Medicaid requirements, and organizational policies. Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Supervise and support management staff and program supervisors. Monitor program outcomes, productivity, and performance metrics. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery. Assist with strategic planning, program development, and organizational growth initiatives. Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and employee performance. Oversee quality assurance activities and prepare for audits and reviews. Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders. Participate in budget planning and operational resource management. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field . Minimum of 3-5 years of management or leadership experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or human services. Experience working with mental health populations. Strong knowledge of behavioral health service delivery and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
