As a District Manager at Kemper, you'll own a multi-agency territory, develop Sales Managers, and drive revenue growth at scale—while shaping the future of your district and your career. What You'll Do Lead and develop Sales Managers across your district Drive revenue growth, retention, and performance across multiple agencies Recruit, coach, develop and build a strong leadership bench Scale a high-performing network of insurance agents Execute territory strategies based on market opportunities Community impact and local presence are key Improve productivity, profitability, and policy persistence Ensure accountability and compliance across teams Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy What Success Looks Like District consistently meets or exceeds revenue and growth targets Strong pipeline of high-performing Sales Managers Increased agent productivity and retention Scalable, sustainable agency model across the territory Qualifications 2+ years of district, multi-unit, or multi-agency leadership experience Insurance or financial services background preferred Proven success leading leaders (e.g., Sales Managers) Track record of driving revenue growth and team performance Strong experience recruiting and developing sales talent Active Life, Health, and P&C licenses required Comfortable with regular field travel Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills Why Join Kemper? Compensation:
Total on-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $62,700 to $146,200 annually based on expected performance. $35,000 base salary plus commission with no earnings limit. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base, with additional upside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips. High performers may exceed the stated range, with top 10% of employees earning $334,000+ annually.Benefits:
