Job Summary Operations Supervisor Holy Dippers Full-time In-Office | Monroe, LA, United States Position Summary Holy Dippers is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead Route Service Drivers and Flaggers supporting wastewater disposal, sanitation services, and water hauling operations at the RPL Meta Site in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, managing employee schedules, and maintaining compliance with all site, environmental, DOT, and safety requirements. The Operations Supervisor will serve as the primary field leader for assigned personnel and will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure uninterrupted service on a large-scale construction project. Holy Dippers specializes in industrial-scale wastewater disposal, water hauling, and sanitation services for complex construction environments where safety, documentation, and operational excellence are critical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and lead Route Service Drivers and Flaggers assigned to the RPL Meta Site. Coordinate daily service schedules, routes, and staffing assignments to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor wastewater removal, portable sanitation servicing, fresh water delivery, and related site services. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, company, and project-specific requirements. Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and coaching sessions with field personnel. Maintain adequate staffing levels, manage employee attendance, and participate in hiring and training efforts. Plan and dispatch service routes while responding to changing site demands and priorities. Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate fleet maintenance needs with management. Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and service interruptions. Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation. Collaborate with project management personnel, contractors, and Holy Dippers leadership to ensure exceptional customer service. Participate in a rotating weekend work and on-call schedule and provide after-hours support as needed. Report directly to the Director of Operations. Work Schedule Monday through Friday. 6am start. Weekend rotation with other supervisors. Operations support 7 days per week. On-call availability required for emergencies, staffing needs, and customer support.
Qualifications:
Required Supervisory or leadership experience in transportation, sanitation, waste management, logistics, construction support services, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage employee performance, schedules, and operational priorities. Proficiency with routing, dispatching, and operational planning. Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience supervising CDL drivers, route service personnel, or industrial field crews. Knowledge of wastewater disposal, water hauling, portable sanitation, or construction site operations. Experience with DOT compliance and fleet maintenance programs. CDL Class A or B license preferred but not required. Experience working on large industrial or construction projects.
