Team Leadership:
Lead the hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of cleaning crews to ensure they master the Maid Right system.
Lead Management:
Proactively follow up on leads and conduct new customer walkthroughs to convert inquiries into recurring revenue.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Manage daily scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency and provide relief support for absences when necessary.
Data & Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance metrics, including customer retention rates and operational profitability, to drive business decisions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning standards are met through site visits and customer feedback loops.
Inventory Management:
Maintain equipment and oversee cleaning supply levels.
Job Requirements Industry Experience:
Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is required.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage a team, handle customer relations, and drive revenue.
Valid Driver's License:
Required for travel to job sites and customer walkthroughs.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using scheduling software and tracking business data points.
