This role is designed for individuals who are new to the car wash industry and are interested in developing the skills and experience needed to become a successful Site Manager. Upon successful completion of the training program and as opportunities become available, you will transition into a Site Manager role. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading and developing staff, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency Manage and supervise a team of assistant managers, head cashiers, and CSA's Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of cleanliness Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Requirements 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the auto services industry HS diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills A valid driver's license and ability to travel to visit multiple locations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and urgencies simultaneously Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Working Conditions Work is performed in a dynamic environment, with frequent exposure to noise, water, oil, grease, and varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
