We are seeking a personable and hospitality-driven Floor Host to join a professional corporate office environment in Boston. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who enjoys staying active, helping others, and being the go-to person on the floor. Boston, MA Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM $22.07/hour

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for employees and guests on an assigned floor Walk the floor regularly to ensure spaces are organized, stocked, and operating smoothly Monitor and replenish office and cleaning supplies as needed Assist with light furniture movement and room resets Help maintain a polished and welcoming office environment Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and connect employees with the appropriate contacts or resources Build strong relationships with internal teams through excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service background preferred Friendly, charismatic, and easy-to-approach personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the office Organized, dependable, and proactive Willingness to learn - training will be provided This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys people-focused work and wants to transition into a corporate hospitality/workplace experience environment.
