POSITION SUMMARY
Provide strategic and operational support to the Patient Experience Department in the deployment, optimization, and sustainment of Lean-based continuous performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and service excellence. Ensure alignment with our Relationship-Based Care model by embedding Lean principles and quality management practices into daily operations and organizational culture. Leverage data-driven problem solving, standard work, and continuous learning to achieve measurable improvements in quality outcomes, patient experience, operational efficiency, and overall performance across Signature Healthcare.

Full Time 40 Hours only, Days 1st Shift, 8am-430pm
