This leadership role will drive operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the region. Multi-Unit Operations Manager Responsibilities Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation Multi-Unit Operations Manager Qualifications 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred Multi-Unit Operations Manager Benefits Competitive base salary Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off + holidays Commuter benefits Growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding brand
