The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) , one of New England's leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Field Operations Manager to join our organization. This position is based out of our Dedham location.

By partnering with communities, we help animals heal and thrive, keep pets and people together, and protect animals from harm.
What we offer:

What you will do:
Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here's how: Oversee the Field Services and Community Operations programs including Dispatch, Community Cats, Transports, and the Keep Pets S.A.F.E Program; Manage a team of compassionate and driven staff, helping them achieve individual and team professional goals; Develop and oversee program operational budgets; Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of development professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
