You'll play a key role in driving service excellence, developing talent, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. What You'll Do Lead daily front of house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience Coach, develop, and inspire service teams including servers, bartenders, and hosts Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational execution Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management What You Bring Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor ready to grow A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to stay composed and lead effectively in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer We invest in our teams because great hospitality starts with great people.
