Job Description
The Director of School Operations oversees the following departments: maintenance, transportation, food services, before/after school program and ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The Director works to ensure the quality and efficiency of the school on a day-to-day basis, while also taking on medium-to-long term projects to improve the operations or programs of the school. The ideal candidate will possess skills in organization and demonstrate strong project planning execution and completion in a timely manner. The Director reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with other members of the Administrative Team, staff, vendors and other stakeholders.
BFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts. As a K-8 school, our mission is to assist parents in their role as primary educators of their children by providing students with a classical academic education coupled with sound character development and community service.
