Operations Program Manager (Direct Hire)

Location:

Franklin, MA (On-Site)

Salary:

Up to $150,000+ for the right candidate As an Operations Program Manager, you will oversee production schedules, material readiness, risk mitigation, and operational performance across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams. You will ensure manufacturing commitments are aligned with program objectives while proactively managing critical path activities, engineering changes, supplier performance, and production constraints.

Key Responsibilities Manage production schedules and manufacturing execution plans

Drive material planning, procurement coordination, and shortage resolution

Analyze engineering changes and assess operational impacts

Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans

Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions

Monitor supplier delivery performance and accountability

Conduct production reviews and present operational status to leadership

Develop and improve planning processes, workflows, and performance metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

8+ years of manufacturing operations, production planning, or program management experience

Experience managing production schedules and integrated master schedules

Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, material planning, and long-lead procurement

Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments

Advanced Excel and scheduling software proficiency (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, etc.)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Must meet U.S. Person requirements under

ITAR/EAR
