To Be Determined Job Description The Silver Lake Regional School District and Superintendency Union #31 districts are seeking Site Coordinators to oversee the Extended School Year (ESY) program. Key Responsibilities Identify eligible students for programs Collect data regarding IEP services Recruit and select staff for ESY programs Confirm program needs (space, supplies, staffing, etc.) Meet with staff regarding responsibilities Manage payroll time-sheets throughout the program Meet regularly with the Director of Student Services regarding program planning and execution Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Expectations of hours: Planning prior to program start on 7/6 (40 hours) May 1st to June 30th (32 hours) July 1st to July 2nd to include (8 hours) Orientation and Open House July 2nd Safety Care Training (10 hours as needed/ certified) Onsite 20 days for 5 hours/day (100 hours) Wrap Up (8 hours) ESY Program Overview Students participate in the program from July 7
