Full Job Description Location:
Lowell, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS)
Treatment Program Schedule:
Full-time Pay rate: $26.00-$29.00/hour

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Operations Manager is responsible for: Working with the Program Director, provides operational support to the Lowell Inpatient Programs Coordinating the Quality Improvement Process, providing direct supervision to recovery specialists as directed by the Program Director, and ensuring operations are running efficiently and tracks outcomes Providing technical and operational assistance to program staff Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. High School diploma/GED required Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a healthcare or customer service field preferred Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
