Job Description

Seasonal | Full-Time | In-Person Mayflower TrolleyExcursions is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our seasonal team as a Seasonal Operations Coordinator . This is a unique and dynamic position ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys the buzz of a seasonal tourism business, and thrives in a hands-on operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In advance of the summer season, which begins Memorial Day weekend, you will learn all our trolleyexcursion tours and offerings and will be trained on our booking/ticketing platforms, and our customer services and daily procedures and in season operations. Once the summer season has begun, the Seasonal Operations Coordinator will serve as our point person in Provincetown for Mayflower TrolleyExcursions. In this role, you will primarily be stationed at the Provincetown Inn, where we provide direct sales of our tours and offerings, while assisting, as needed, with concierge for guests and visitors. In this role, your time will be split between coordinating and managing, as needed, a small team of tour drivers and narrators who provide our Mayflower trolley and excursions and oversee our sales efforts, including using our booking platforms (PeekViator), and communicating with customers. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring all tour locations, principally in front of Town Hall, are regularly checked on, and will need to be on-call during work hours for emergencies (vehicle issues, weather, etc.) While at the end of the season, this position will assist in year-end close-out, including sales reports, event reviews and assistance in storing equipment.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with booking platforms (Peek, Viator) a plus Customer service experience required; hospitality/tourism background a bonus Comfortable with technology (Google Maps, email, phones) Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and stay organized Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Enjoys being part of a small, high-energy team in a fast-paced seasonal environment
