Restoration Crew Chief / Crew Lead (IICRC Certified) Able Construction, LLC is a family-run restoration company with 80+ years of combined experience. We specialize in residential and commercial fire, water, and disaster recovery. We're growing and looking for an experienced Crew Chief / Crew Lead to run jobs and lead teams in the field.

What You'll Do:

Lead restoration crews on job sites from start to completion Perform water, fire, and demo work per IICRC standards Set up and monitor drying equipment and job progress Train and supervise technicians; enforce safety practices Communicate with management, customers, and adjusters Complete daily job documentation (moisture logs, photos, reports) Load/manage trucks, equipment, and materials

What We're Looking For:

IICRC Certified (WRT required;

ASD/AMRT

preferred) 2+ years restoration experience (crew lead experience preferred) Valid driver's license (required) Strong leadership and job management skills Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight environments Ability to obtain/maintain a DOT medical card ( we will help you get certified )

Physical Requirements:

Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs Ability to work in physically demanding environments
