Job Description
Looking for a dynamic HR Operations Manager! Seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our HR functions. This pivotal role involves managing weekly payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring seamless HR operations for a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Ensure HR and payroll processes are completed accurately and on schedule. Support employee-related HR administration and operational needs. Prepare and maintain HR reports and data. Utilize Power BI for HR reporting and data analysis. Provide HR operations and payroll support for the company. Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling payroll and sensitive employee information. Qualifications Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role . Hands-on experience processing weekly payroll . Experience with ADP ; strong preference for candidates with direct ADP payroll experience. Experience with Power BI and HR reporting preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling payroll and employee data. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion. Ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR leadership.
