• Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for: Provide executive oversight of multiple federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Partner closely with the COO and senior leadership team to drive operational excellence and company growth initiatives. Lead project teams to ensure schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and project delivery performance. Mentor and develop project executives, project managers, and operational staff across the organization. Maintain and strengthen relationships with federal agencies, government stakeholders, and strategic partners. Support business development efforts, proposal reviews, and project pursuit strategies. Monitor staffing needs and resource allocation to support a growing project backlog. Ensure compliance with all federal contracting requirements, security protocols, and company standards. Serve as a key contributor to long-term organizational planning and succession initiatives. Extensive leadership experience within federal government construction environments. Proven success managing large-scale federal, military, secure, mission-critical, or government facility projects. Strong understanding of federal contracting, compliance requirements, and stakeholder management. Experience leading high-performing operations and project management teams. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects while driving profitability and operational performance. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to successfully pass federal background investigations and maintain access to secure facilities. Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
