Team Lead

Focus:
Daily Operations & Driver Coordination Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily driver routes, dispatch readiness, and route assignments.
- Ensure drivers are prepared for dispatch, including GEOTAB compliance and vehicle/equipment readiness.
- Verify beds are properly secured and prepared for safe transport.
- Facilitate effective communication between shifts to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and serve as a key point of contact for operational updates.
- Support the Manager by providing leadership, guidance, and operational decision-making as needed.
Focus:
Inventory, Repairs & Warehouse Operations Key Responsibilities
- Oversee red tag inventory, repair workflow, and the ready line to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering while maintaining budget accountability.
- the scrapped bed process and approve equipment transitioning from red tag to green tag status.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, including parts inventory.
- Coordinate operational updates across teams and locations to support workflow efficiency.
- This will be 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2-11pm & every other saturday What We're Looking For
