Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of inventory. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing warehouse processes, personnel, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse employees and supervisors.
Establish and monitor productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
Monitor equipment, facility needs, and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with purchasing, transportation, customer service, and other departments.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
Assist with budgeting, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives.
