This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally meticulous, process-driven, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. At the same time, they are able to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment that comes with a start-up business with a positive can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for cannabis products, packaging, and operational supplies. Perform routine inventory counts, reconciliations, audits, and variance investigations. Ensure inventory movements are accurately tracked within the Company's inventory management and seed-to-sale systems. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams to support workflow and prevent shortages. Maintain compliance with all applicable state cannabis regulations and internal SOPs. Review documentation, manifests, labels, and records for accuracy and completeness. Package orders for delivery to other licensed cannabis facilities and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met prior to transportation. Coordinate with delivery driver to ensure all scheduled deliveries are packed and delivered in a timely manner Ensure that physical inventory is organized at all times. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve inventory issues. Assist with regulatory inspections, reporting, and compliance-related documentation. Support process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Regularly communicate with facility management, staff, and senior management as necessary Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable working with inventory tracking software and spreadsheets. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Reliable, professional, and highly accountable. Previous inventory management, warehouse, logistics, or compliance experience an asset. Experience in a regulated industry (cannabis, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food production, etc.) is a plus. 5 years or more of management experience preferred.
