Job Description

TriSource is seeking a high-level, strategic Senior Operations Manager to drive quality, compliance, and service excellence across our residential, day, and personal support programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this critical leadership role, you will act as a key strategic partner to executive leadership and serve as the primary internal advocate for the individuals we support. You will directly supervise Program Managers, cultivate high-performing teams, and build trusted partnerships with families, guardians, and external stakeholders. As we launch our upcoming Strategic Plan, you will be instrumental in executing growth initiatives, managing operational risks, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

$38.00•$43.00/
Hour Shift & Schedule Hours:
Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM +
On Call Responsibilities Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services (Required).
Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years in a multi-program management or senior leadership role (Required).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
Regulatory Knowledge:
Deep understanding of DDA regulations, compliance, and Medicaid waiver systems.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities Program Operations & Performance:
Oversee daily operations across all programs (Residential, Day, and Personal Supports) and monitor key performance metrics regarding quality, staffing, and compliance.
Team Leadership & Accountably:
Supervise, coach, and mentor Program Managers. Hold leadership teams accountable through structured performance reviews, scorecards, and performance improvement initiatives.
Staff Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and leadership capabilities while supporting career development and succession planning.
Strategic Growth:
Serve as a proxy in internal operational matters, facilitate leadership meetings, identify emerging risks, and support new program launches.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong, transparent relationships with families and guardians, serving as the main point of escalation to resolve concerns with empathy and speed.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure absolute adherence to all licensing, Medicaid waiver, and DDA regulations. Lead quality assurance efforts, conduct site visits, and implement sustainable corrective action plans when needed.
