Established in 1991, ServiceMaster Chesapeake is franchise of the ServiceMaster Brand. We provide high quality commercial cleaning services to facilities ranging from factory and office buildings to healthcare facilities in and around Anne Arundel County and Kent Island. Hours will be 3pm
  • 11pm with some flexibility. Primary Duties;
  • Maintain & Identify customer needs and effectively communicate operational progress in a timely manner.
  • Overall ownership and accountability of janitorial operations within assigned division
  • Ensure proper training program is being carried out with current and new staff.
  • Ensure value through appropriate cost controls, efficient operations, and profit management.
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations.
  • Conduct location inspections with an eye for detail.
Skills / Qualifications
;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people with a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds
  • Ability to analyze reports and data
  • Experience with training and supervision of employees
  • Basic Computer skills including use of internet search, Microsoft office, and ability to use mobile apps
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be able to establish strong relationships with management, and other staff.
  • Enjoy working on a team, helping people grow and solving problems.
