Company Description Vitalify is a modern medspa and wellness brand focused on helping people look, feel, and perform at their best. We combine advanced aesthetic treatments with wellness services to deliver natural looking, results driven care in a luxury experience environment. Our services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, facials, IV therapy, hormone optimization, weight loss programs, peptide therapy, and wellness treatments. At Vitalify, we believe confidence and health go hand in hand. We are building a team of driven, high level individuals who care deeply about hospitality, client experience, operational excellence, and helping grow a fast moving brand. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth of our Washington, DC location. This is not a sit behind a desk management role. We are looking for a true operator and leader who can drive revenue, build culture, create an exceptional client experience, and help grow the Vitalify brand within the local community. The ideal candidate is a self starter who thrives in fast paced environments, takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged, and leads by example. This person should be highly organized, people oriented, operationally sharp, and passionate about building both a team and a business. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front desk and clinical teams
  • Build a strong, positive, team oriented culture focused on hospitality and performance
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Ensure all staff consistently uphold Vitalify's standards and client experience expectations Sales, Growth & Community Engagement
  • Drive monthly revenue growth through strong operational execution and client experience
  • Track KPIs including bookings, retention, memberships, provider utilization, and retail performance
  • Help execute promotions, referral initiatives, social campaigns, and in store events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, apartment communities, and referral partners
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, pop ups, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Encourage and support client referrals, online reviews, and repeat business
  • Work closely with providers to maximize client retention and lifetime value Client Experience
  • Ensure every client receives a luxury level experience from first interaction through checkout and follow up
  • Help create systems and processes that improve retention, referrals, reviews, and overall satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, polished, organized, and welcoming environment at all times
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and help foster long term relationships Operations & Administration
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, supply ordering, and daily operations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable health, safety, and operational standards
  • Ensure proper execution of SOPs and operational systems
  • Analyze reports and business metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong sales and customer service mindset with the ability to drive revenue and business growth
  • Highly organized with excellent follow through and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Experience in medspa, aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, fitness, or healthcare industries preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling systems, and business management software preferred
  • Experience with local marketing, partnerships, event coordination, or community outreach is a plus Who You Are
