PrimECS About The Role PrimECS is a growing infrastructure firm delivering engineering, surveying, and construction services across the Mid-Atlantic. We're seeking a strong part-time Survey Manager to support our Survey Division. As Survey Manager, you'll lead all aspects of field and office survey operations, manage teams, and drive performance on infrastructure projects. You'll have autonomy to build and grow the division while aligning with company goals. Responsibilities Lead survey field crews and technical staff Oversee project execution, scheduling, QA/QC, and compliance Recruit, train, and mentor team members Manage budget and performance targets Support business development and client relationships Report quarterly on division operations and financials What We're Looking For 15+ years in surveying, including leadership experience Infrastructure project background (roads, bridges, rail, etc.) Strong technical and operational skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality Why PrimECS Autonomy to lead and grow a division Collaborative culture with room to advance Opportunity to shape long-term growth and impact
