Job Description

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead critical operational functions of the credit union, including card services, support center operations, and core operational processing. In this role, you lead and develop the operations teams while overseeing daily workflows and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert across operational functions, identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the member experience, and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will analyze challenges, implement effective solutions, and keep leadership informed of key trends. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. They are collaborative, adaptable, and confident navigating complex situations, building strong relationships across departments, with vendors, and throughout the organization.
