We work closely with homeowners, guests, vendors, and a large local team to deliver consistently high standards of care year-round. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to hire an Operations Manager to lead, support, and oversee our field operations. This is a well-paid, senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people just as much as solving problems. Position Summary In this role, the Hospitality Team member will support our operations in beautiful Rangeley, ME. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure our vacation rental properties are pristine and welcoming for every guest arrival. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating comfortable spaces, values working collaboratively with others, and enjoys contributing to a shared goal of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in one of Maine's most scenic destinations. Responsibilities Assist with guest room turnovers to ensure homes are clean and ready for arrivals Restock supplies, including linens and household essentials Maintain quality control and cleanliness standards across rental units Support co-workers and daily hospitality operations as needed Identify and report maintenance issues or damages Provide occasional guest-facing support in a professional and friendly manner Required Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required: Cleaning houses, making beds, etc.
