Job Description

Position Summary:
The Business Support Coordinator will facilitate the internal and external customer engagement experience by supporting the Customer Service , Marketing and Sales functions of the organization. This role works closely with all departments across the organization and undertakes a range of professional responsibilities including Project support and acting as the Customer Service back-up. The Business Support Coordinator will need to be comfortable working independently, and as part of a team, and is able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Essential Functions:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Executes the complete order fulfillment process - order entry, inventory confirmation, international shipping/freight coordination, warehouse communications, order confirmation. Provides customer support communications via emails, over the phone, virtually, or face-to-face. Manage and maintain the company's CRM system while effectively triaging customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources or path for resolution. Works closely with the Marketing and Sales team on projects. Partners with Sales to manage the sample fulfillment process, including coordinated customer follow-up and communication. Supports the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, including outreach and event support. Will support other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of Administrative or Office Support Experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to work as a team member, interact with all levels of employees throughout the organization Track and manage customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience working in ERP Systems is a plus Physical Requirements /
Work Conditions:
Work environment is office based, but may be partial remote Phone and computer use Normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis, operating office machines and handling light materials and supplies Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
