Job Description
Job Description Our client is looking to hire an operations supervisor. The operations supervisor will own day-to-day manufacturing operations for their shift and is empowered to act as the plant manager of their building. This role will be responsible for delivering results across safety, food safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness, while building strong, accountable teams.

Compensation:
$90-100k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. - Strong working knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, and continuous improvement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, inspire teams, and hold others accountable for results.
- Proven strengths in organizing, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management.
- Willingness to be mobile and take on broader assignments at other Post Consumer Brands plants for development opportunities.
