Located in Belding Michigan. We are currently seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift. This is an hourly position with overtime, 45-55 hours weekly. The job description includes, but is not limited to: Supervise direct and indirect associates to complete scheduled production for a designated shift. Review workforce availability and make assignments based on skills and abilities of shop floor associates. Assure

procedures are followed; assist in CAR's and support continuous improvement initiatives. Enforce established plant policies and procedures for associates on their designated shift. Supervise day to day operations on the shop floor Ensure the proper information is maintained and communicated Responsible for key performance indicators of safety, quality, scrap, and productivity for their shift Work with human resources on staffing levels and needs Monitor time and attendance Conduct employee reviews Desired Skills / Experience Excellent Computer Skills Knowledge of ERP Systems, AS400 beneficial Excellent Team Work and Enthusiasm to lead as a Servant Leader Associates or Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years experience including formal leadership training.
