Southeast Michigan Director of Operations / Integrator Ace Outdoor Services LLC. is a multi-branch outdoor services company providing landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, irrigation, and snow management services across Southeast Michigan. Ace Outdoor Services is seeking a proven operational leader to join our leadership team and help strengthen execution, develop leaders, create consistency across the organization and support the company's growth. This is not a department manager role. We are looking for a leader who has successfully led leaders, built accountability, improved performance, and created systems that allow organizations to scale. What You'll Do Lead and develop managers across Operations, Sales, and Administration. Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance management. Improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. Build scalable systems, processes, and leadership teams. Solve problems at the root cause and drive long-term improvement. Help turn company vision into execution and results. What We're Looking For 10+ years of leadership experience. Experience leading multiple departments, branches, or business units. Proven success improving operational performance and profitability. Strong coaching, accountability, and leadership skills. Landscape, construction, field services, facility services, or similar industry experience preferred. The Ideal Candidate Has Led teams of 50+ employees. Managed operations for a $10M+ service business. Built strong leadership teams. Improved margins, efficiency, and accountability. Implemented systems that helped organizations grow successfully.
