Job Description
In this position... The Manager, Business Operations, Ford Energy will play a central role in standing up Ford Energy as an independent business unit. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, Ford Energy, this person will connect teams and drive workstreams related to the design, implementation, and governance of the end-to-end business processes, operational structures, and corporate integrations required to establish Ford Energy as a competitive, standalone business. The role will partner closely with Ford Energy's systems integration team to ensure business process design and technology implementation move forward together. This is a foundational leadership role with significant opportunity to grow in scope as Ford Energy scales.
