$15-$20per hour Job Description Charmed Cleaning Service is seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team serving Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, offices, commercial buildings, post-construction projects, schools, nursing facilities, and restaurants. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain professionalism, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Travel to job sites as assigned Report issues or supply shortages to management Provide exceptional service to clients

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Professional attitude and appearance Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
