Job Description

Field Supervision Position We are hiring field supervisor for an outreach effort in the area. The campaign focuses on reducing barriers to registration, increasing awareness of upcoming elections, and empowering community members to take part in the civic process. Field supervisor daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Recruiting and hiring canvassers training, and supervision of canvassing team Tracking canvasser productivity and efficiency Reporting daily field results and reports Job details: Monitor daily field operations to ensure productivity goals and compliance standards are met Train new staff on voter registration procedures, scripts, and quality control requirements Conduct in-field coaching, roleplays, and performance feedback to improve engagement Full time commitment required for the duration of the campaign (Our canvass operates 6-7 days per week) Opportunities for advancement within our organization
Requirements:
18+ years of age Authorized to work in the U.S. Management and team leadership experience Understanding of and passion for voter engagement A personal laptop computer
