Overview Join our dynamic team as a District Manager / Delivery Driver, where you will lead operational excellence across your assigned territory while ensuring timely and efficient delivery services. This role combines strategic management with hands-on delivery responsibilities, empowering you to drive business growth, optimize processes, and foster a high-performing team. Duties Oversee daily operations within your district, including managing delivery schedules, route planning, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of delivery drivers and support staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service quality Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction Manage profit and loss responsibilities by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth through business development initiatives Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and process improvement protocols to streamline operations Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within logistics or delivery services Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans that meet business objectives Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success Experience managing profit & loss statements and making data-driven decisions for business growth Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple priorities efficiently Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and operational procedures Effective sales skills with a focus on business development and building lasting customer relationships Join us in this exciting role where leadership meets logistics!
