Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Director of Operations, you will be providing guidance and leadership our Housekeeping and Front Desk teams to ensure consistent compliance with hotel policies, and quality guest service while maximizing departmental profits. You will be indirectly offering supervision for the entire hotel as well as making policies and developing plans for carrying out work programs.

You are a self-starting personality with an even disposition who is able to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. You have the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
