We're seeking a dynamic Landscape Operations Manager to lead a division, drive performance, and ensure smooth, profitable operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives teaching and developing people, leads by example, and consistently delivers results. What You'll Do Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of 20+ employees Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards Order and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficiency Communicate clearly with Field Managers to align expectations and execution Ensure daily production meets scheduling and profitability goals Manage division credit card usage and track expense receipts Oversee employee attendance, punctuality, and accurate timecard reporting Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Provide hands-on support in the field when needed Conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and team development Lead training initiatives and enforce safety programs Coordinate and dispatch crews during winter snow removal operations Take ownership of additional responsibilities to support operations What You Bring 5+ years managing teams of 20+ employees (required) 5+ years in landscaping / lawn care operations (required) Proven ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience operating equipment, trailers, and job site logistics Comfortable use of computers and tracking systems Valid Michigan Driver's License (must meet DOT/Chauffeur requirements and pass drug screening) Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment Benefits & Perks Monthly cell phone stipend Two weeks paid time off (PTO) Company vehicle provided 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Health insurance available Performance-based bonus opportunities Why Join ACE Outdoor Services?
