We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Hostess Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the host stand and takeout operations while working collaboratively with managers and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrieves in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. As a Hostess Manager, you will partner closely with the Operating Partner and leadership team to ensure excellence in every aspect of the guest experience. Responsibilities may include scheduling, coaching and developing team embers, monitoring service standards, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front-of-house operation. Success in this role requires a hands-on leadership style, consistent engagement with guests, and a commitment to fostering a positive culture for both team members and guests. You will play a key role in helping us become the restaurant of choice within our community by creating an environment where guests feel welcomed and team members feel supported and appreciated.
