Job Description
The Large Rental Companies - Operations Manager is a key role within the Fleet-Rental Organization. This role is the primary liaison between Fleet-Rental and the Brands. It requires a solid understanding of Rental customer unique needs and processes, and the ability to work directly with key internal stakeholders. The Rental Operations Manager will coordinate with the Brands, Remarketing, Finance and Revenue Management to ensure the Rental Organization increases profitability and value to our customers.
Forecast demand/utilization, support production planning.
Create weekly Business Development + Director dashboards (pipeline, margin, price realization).Own deal economics reviews (unit economics, lifetime value, payback, residual risk).Standardize quoting packs and approval workflows (margin gates, non-standard terms).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3+ years of Sales Operations, Fleet and/or Brand experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAdvanced skillset in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macro's, etc.)Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong understanding of Priced Code Guides & Residual ValuesExcels in building positive working relationshipsPreferred Qualifications:
