Job Description
Position Overview Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? SC Services is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our growing demolition and construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, staying on top of details, and playing a critical role in daily operations. You will be responsible for supporting administrative functions, coordinating operational tasks, and ensuring the team has what they need to stay efficient, organized, and on track. This is a behind-the-scenes role for a highly reliable self-starter who takes ownership of their work, builds and maintains systems, and ensures deadlines and documentation are consistently met. Support daily operations through administrative coordination and task management Maintain organized records, files, and documentation across multiple projects Track deadlines, permits, certifications, and compliance-related requirements Prepare and manage permits, survey documentation, and required job paperwork Coordinate notifications, including Miss Dig tickets and related communication Track and manage PPE inventory and general office/field supplies Assist with accounts payable coding and documentation collection for billing Collect and organize field paperwork such as manifests, dirt tickets, logs, and job documentation Maintain vehicle documentation and ensure compliance tracking Support air monitoring documentation and reporting coordination Communicate with internal team members to ensure tasks are completed and timelines are met Provide general administrative support to operations, project management, and leadership teamsWhat You'll Need:
2-5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a very fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with both office and field teams Experience with data entry, document management, and tracking systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to take initiative and work independently Reliable, accountable, and proactive work ethicWhat We're Looking For:
