Job Description
The Strategy & Operations Manager is a high‑impact role designed for emerging leaders who want to operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, execution, and transformation. Sitting at the center of the Technology & Growth organization, this role works directly with the Technology & Growth leadership team, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities are executed as planned, run the operating cadence, and improve how the organization delivers results using a disciplined operating business system mindset grounded in continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making. This role is ideal for a finance‑savvy operator with strong analytical skills, project leadership capabilities, and comfort working in ambiguity, someone who combines structured thinking, a bias for action, and a modern view of how AI and digital tools can improve productivity and decision quality.
- What You'll Do
- 1. Strategy to Execution & Operating System Enablement
- + Embed a consistent operating business system across the function, connecting strategy, execution, and results + Ensure priorities are clearly articulated, aligned across teams, and reinforced through operating cadence and metrics + Run the Technology & Growth operating rhythm, ensuring discipline, clarity, and follow‑through.
- 2. Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- + Apply structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement principles to remove friction in how the organization operates + Identify root causes, design countermeasures, and support adoption of improved ways of working + Support change management efforts to ensure new processes, tools, and behaviors are understood, adopted, and sustained + Leverage AI and digital tools to improve: + Analysis, synthesis, and executive content creation + Initiative tracking, insight generation, and decision support + Personal and team productivity + Collaborate with Technology and Growth leaders to identify where AI can responsibly accelerate execution and learning, not just experimentation •3.
- + Partner closely with Finance to: + Support business cases, investment requests, and funding decisions + Track benefits realization and performance against plan + Enable data‑based prioritization and tradeoffs + Help to connect effort to impact and outcomes to value creation

- This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
- Pay Range
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 104,300.
