Regional Supply Operations Manager Position Summary Oversees daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, compliance, and strong team performance. Acts as the primary on-site leader and liaison between employees, customers, and regional leadership. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for Marquette operations. Oversee daily workflows; identify and resolve bottlenecks and staffing gaps. Lead, coach, and support a small team; assist with hiring and onboarding. Communicate operational issues, insights, and customer concerns to regional leadership. Drive process improvements and support achievement of business goals. Maintain facility, equipment, and supply needs. Operations & Logistics Ensure equipment availability and maintenance (fleet, forklifts, etc.). Optimize delivery routes and ensure timely, safe service. Safety & Compliance Maintain compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and company policies. Partner with Manager; conduct forklift certifications and driver road tests. Track licenses, DOT medical cards, and driver qualifications, using approved system Communication & Teamwork Prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Maintain strong communication with leadership, sales, and team members Qualifications Minimum Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Office proficiency Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience managing a site with direct reports MSHA, DOT, forklift experience Mining or industrial operations experience As an Innovative Office Solutions employee, you are eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Short and Long Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Benefits and 401(k) if you work 30 or more hours per week.
