Account Assistant

Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking a hands-on Account Assistant to help support our operations, train team members, maintain quality standards, and assist with daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Monroe area. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, flexible, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

Provide coverage management by strategically assigning staff to meet scheduling needs Clean as needed and assist with deep/detail cleaning projects Train new and existing employees following company guidelines and customer standards Pick up and deliver supplies and equipment to job sites Conduct site inspections and backchecks to ensure quality standards are met Assist with operational processes, compliance, organization, and special projects Maintain detailed documentation related to incidents, safety, training, and compliance Support management with various operational needs as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Team player with a self-starter attitude Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ability to work a flexible schedule, including emergency or unplanned coverage needs

Requirements:

High School Diploma desired Valid Driver's License (required) Service industry experience (not required) Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, moving objects up to 50 lbs.) Must complete "Training the Trainers" certification before training others

Compensation & Benefits:

40 hours per week (with schedule flexibility based on operational needs) Daily vehicle and gas per diem Cell phone stipend provided
