Job Description

CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities and support the successful execution of automation, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing-related projects across North America. This position plays a critical role in coordinating internal departments, supporting customer communication, managing operational processes, and ensuring projects and business operations run efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, logistics, customers, and international teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business and project execution Coordinate internal departments including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and field service teams Develop and monitor operational schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation Support project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding operational and project updates Assist leadership in improving operational efficiency, workflow processes, and internal procedures Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational policies Support cross-functional problem-solving and help resolve operational or project-related issues Prepare operational reports, schedules, meeting summaries, and performance updates Coordinate travel schedules, subcontractor activities, and customer site support when required Support communication and coordination between U.S. operations and international teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial operations Experience working within manufacturing, automation, logistics, or industrial equipment industries preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and operational activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS/project management systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial automation, automotive manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain operations Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning Bilingual communication skills (Chinese or Spanish) are a plus Experience supporting international operations and customer projects Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States No visa sponsorship available Ability to work overtime or weekends during critical operational or project periods when necessary
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
