Operations Managers hire, train, and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The pay is an hourly base ($18) with commission and bonus opportunities that should total $50,000 - $55,000 per year or more including additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
