Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational support to hotels experiencing staffing shortages. Fill in for departmental supervisory roles as needed, ensuring smooth hotel operations. Travel on short notice within your assigned region, staying on-site for 1-3 weeks per assignment. Conduct one-day visits to assist with specific staffing challenges at individual properties. Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology. Qualifications & Requirements Verifiable hotel operational experience across multiple departments. Ability to travel on short notice, including same-day travel. Comfortable being away from home for extended periods. Capable of standing, walking for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction standards. Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check. High school diploma or equivalent. Why Join Us?
